Excel Web Access: An Error has occured
I have created a Site collection in Sharepoint 2007 and Extended it. Now , i can successfully view the Excel sheet from this site.
But when i have a SQL user authenticate and log in, and when i click on the same Excel Web part , i get this error message :" Excel Web Access : An error has occured "
Any suggestions how to fix this ? I have added the excel sheet to in Trusted File Location. So i can view the sheet when i open the site from System Account. But when i login to the site from SQL user...then i get this error..

I want to view the excel sheet in the Excel Web part in my Sharepoint site.
I have given my SQL user full control of the site. But its so happening that I am able to view the sheet from TOP LEVEL site, whereas when this SQL user logs in from Sub-site, he gets the error message " An error has occured "

I see that u tried http://www.sharepointblogs.com/ssa/archive/2007/02/14/19435.aspx , The thing is that i dont know if you have to give trusted file location to top level and sub sites.
Maybe someone else can jump in for this?

I got this fixed. Thing is, Now i have a user log in from a sub-site, and when he clicks on the page / form which has excel web part, he automatically gets redirected to the Top Level site and the excel sheet opens up successfully. This was not happenin previously.
So basically we have to create the excel web parts frm the Top level site.
