Adding a column to custom list

I've been working with the new application templates, specifically the Budgeting and Tracking projects template. When I add a new column to the Projects list such as Project Sponser I can't get the new column to show up in the add or edit list forms (newform.aspx, editform.aspx). On a custom list that I create this is not a problem. However with the prebuilt application templates lists it is. Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't tried that yet. If I had to guess the problem is they modified newform and editform with SharePoint Designer. So if you wanted the new items to show up you would have to manually edit the page also.

I've tried that but found no way to add the field manually in the Designer for the new and edit pages.

Yes, the list is actually made up of a content type. Once you add the fields to the project list you'll need to add them to the content type...if that makes sense. Everything worked great after that.

Coryg,

No, not quite with you there. Could you elaborate?

We are having this exact issue with the NewForm.aspx of the CallCenter app template.
