The datasource may be unreachable or denied you access

Hi,

I was getting this error whenever i try to refresh my Excel webpart.

I tried running stsadm commands listed athttp://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1254993&SiteID=1

This has further enhanced the problem. Now the webparts don't even load. I am getting "Please contact your system administrator if this problem persists" Error.

I have followed the instruction onhttp://technet2.microsoft.com/Office/en-us/library/7e6ce086-57b6-4ef2-8117-e725de18f2401033.mspx?mfr=true but no help.

On further investigation found that the application log has the following message:

There was an error in communicating with Excel Calculation Services http://<machiname>:56737/SharedServices1/ExcelCalculationServer/ExcelService.asmx exception: The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.

All is running on a single box. I tried running the app pools with an account that has admin previliges.
