CANT INSTALL VISUAL STUDIO .NET 2003

if anyone can help - ill be grateful!

1) trying to install visual studio.net 2003 version. My laptop had 2005 which I deleted.

2) tried installing visual studio .net 2003 and it said I needed IIS and Front Page server extentions - did this

3) Tried running setup from Installation CD and it says I need a prerequisites CD (which I cannot find). Is there any way to work around this issue? What prereqs does that CD contain that I could possibly need?
