I already have tried to download this self-extracting base imageVSCTPBase.exe from official site ashttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b533619a-0008-4dd6-9ed1-47d482683c78&DisplayLang=en#filelist
over hundred times these two weeks and couldn't find anywhere to reach this file. Just please tell me where.

Hello Abe,
Please folow the same link you have put in your commnet. Start from top of the site, you will see Overview and below that Note go to bullet number 2 and click on Orcas base Image link, click Save to start downloading VSCTPBase.exe which will extract into Base01.vhd
I know how difficult it would have been, please try these steps and let me know.

Thank you for your quick reply and help. Now I tried just as you directed me to do and also right clicked on the link Orcas Base Image and selected "save this object as a file" or right clicked on the link VSCTPBase.exe and selected "save this object as a file" and then still now didn't get it. Do I have to just wait and how long?

Well, I tried downloading the Base image from the link which you have mentioned and I can see that it begins the the download procedure.
In your case, why it is not working I am also worried about. Could you please try downloading it from some other machine or network.
Which country are you from, if you can't get it correctly then let me know I will send you a DVD for the same.

Today I tried to do it again as you kindly told me but still didn't get it. A little progress, though, I saw download panel for the first time.
I live in Tokyo, Japan and as you told me, I already tried to download it from several different PCs in my office.
Other Orcas image files on this site did not work either. As for other Orcas files like below

I have already got from MSDN Subscriber download site.

Try using a download manager such as GetRight. This will resume interrupted downloads, search for mirrors, use multiple streams, and process a list of files to download. You could also look for these files on a local torrent.
