Rohit,

This is the link I think you're asking about: https://www.microsoftelearning.com/eLearning/enterCode.aspx

The problem is you have to enter a code that you receive in your email in order to enter the site. Right now the site looks like it's down for maintenance also.

Sorry,
Tony

Hi Rohit--
The post-registration (benefits) e-mail should have arrived 7-10 days after you completed the registration process. If you still haven't received this mail, or need to receive it again, you can trigger another one to be sent by repeating the online registration process a second time. Please see question #15 in the Registration FAQ for the list of links to use for this.

Once you complete the registration process a second time, be aware that there will be a delay before you receive the benefit e-mail. We apologize for this wait, and we are working to ensure a more timely delivery of this e-mail for the final product.

I have waited 11 days for my email, and nothing yet! Does this mean that the computer LOST my email? How do you program a computer to wait 7-10 days and then send an email? This seems like Microsoft doing something really sneaky and underhanded, and waiting out their loyal programmers base, so they will just give up and buy the book online. Well thanks again Microsoft, once again your code or your integrity is faulty, and either way I get the shaft.

OK, this does not work. I have activated the products (VWD and C# Express) once already. Two weeks ago.

No e-mail.

I tried the steps outlined above. My products come up with a box that says "The Product has already been activated."

No, the e-email DID NOT go to my NORTON spam folder and get deleted. Don't go there, please.

It was not sent.

What's the deal?

Why should I bother to register in the future if it doesn't work as promised?

Also, just how many Express versions can one have at a time?

Thank you for your time and effort. Smile
