FTP functions with VB.Net

Hi, I would like to write an application to automatically backup certain files to a FTP server. Is there any guides or tutorials? I browsed through some that requires additional components. Is there any tutorial that sticks purely to VS.net and does not require any 3rd party components at all? Thanks a lot.
