error when running visual basic express orcas

I have installed the beta edition on windows xp sp2. When I run the visual basic program I get the following error message:

Error 1 Error embedding Win32 manifest: Manifest File 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\default.win32manifest' cannot be found.

I have reinstalled the program but this message still shows. Can someone please advise how I could correct this.

I was able to resolve the problem. There was a .dll file which was placed in the wrong folder for some reason.

I had the same problem after instalation the newest version of MS framework 3.5. What I did, I copied all flies from [windows directory]\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5 to [windows directory]\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5.20404 - this directory is creating during installation of VB EE "orcas". Now everything is ok and work good.
