SubmitOrderForApproval

I have recently taken over a ASP.NET (C#) web application for the company I work for. I am trying to get an understanding of how/why the program was written the way it is.

This web app does get the Campaign and OrderID by iterating with a "For" loop. I believe I can use the "getOrderID" methods, which were written by the programmer and obtains the Order ID for all that were submitted. Also, would using the "SubmitOrderForApproval" on existing Orders, which have been submitted previously, cause any probems. I am curious if there would happen to be an example for "SubmitOrderForApproval" to make this easier to digest?
