enhancing CRM 3.0 email blasting..
CRM 3.0 's email blasting generally includes queuing contacts to send the email content to.
However one restriction is that it only captures emails that cannot be send in the "failure" box.
Are there any configuration or customization that anyone has done before to capture the 'full' details that a customers is interested in. including:
- hard bounce
- soft bounce
- emails opened/not opened
