Add a link to these forums at msdn.microsoft.com/community

It's possible to find a link to these forums at www.microsoft.com/community but I can't find one at msdn.microsoft.com/community. Seems kind of backwards, considering that these are developer forums.

This is a really good point. We've been making sure the developer centers link here, but we seem to have ironicly missed that page. I'll be following up to see if I can't fix it this week.
