Emoticons

You've come a really long way with the emoticons.

One thing I heard many women say and I agree, it would be great to have some emoticons that are not bald or even androgynous.

There is a great example of the kind of Icon I am thinking about in vs2005. I have a user made project template under new projects and that Icon is wonderful because the person depicted is androgynous and women feel more included.

I always appreciate that emoticon when making a new project.
