Forum Search

There's great news... this forum has a working search and works far better than most boards.

I have noticed one problem:

<PreviousResults 131 - 140 of 577

I did a forum wide search on "gdi+" which showed 577 hits. However, the maximum I could reach was 140.

I did this last night and found what I was looking for. However today, I must have used a different search string and what I'm looking for is in the inacessible 437 items. :(

Agreed...I was able to reach all of them as well. Renee--is this still a problem for you? Can we test it again?

And while we are at it...how do you like the new Post UI? Having any trouble with it yet?

Interesting question Joe. I haven't noticed any problems at all - however - that problem would cause exactly the same behavior I described above.

Also today when I did a search on my user name.... I got the first page fine.

However when looking for the next page... I reliably see this:

"We apologize, but an unknown error has occured during search. Please try your search again."

I will try the gdi search and get back to you.

Hi ReneeC,

I've tried searching "gdi", after I reached 141-150 the result is wider than usual, there's a horizontal scrollbar below the page, scroll through it to see the "Next>" link.

Hope this helps,
