The UI guidelines weren't updated for Windows 2000 as I recall; the next update after Windows 95 was Windows XP.

Where can I find the Windows 95 and XP UI guide not only icons but info about the UI. I know Windows 95 is old but id still would like to read it for learning purpose. I know where I can find the XP icon styleguide.
