Windows Vista Standard (classic) theme. buttons...?

Hello.
Can someone from Microsoft please tell me the exact main colors in the Vista File Folder 16x16 icon. Right now it has to many colors cause of gradient, I would like to know the main colors used that the gradient is based on, if possiable thank you in advance. I know a nice method for making 16x16 icon glyphs here are ones from Windows 2000 changed

Since most 16x16 icons in Vista take advantage of the whole 16x16 size plus the shadow is not on an able but in the centre and once down does that mean the classic theme buttons will change abit aswell? cause it will be weird for some icons if it wouldnt ... no?
