Restricting source control access

I'd like users to enter bug reports, view project reports and access/contribute project documents. But they should be restricted from accessing source control. I've tried various approaches to retricting source control access but TeamPlain generously offers download access of the entire source tree to all who can see the project.

Since our source tree contains sensitive and proprietary cotent, is there a way to restrict access to the source tree for a project?
