Is it possible
(today or in the future)
with a add-in to the Class Designer
to produce our own code file ?
In other words, using a Class Designer Add-in
as a tool to do some code generation.

Currently Class Designer doesn't support customizing code generation. It is not available in VS 2007 either. It is in the product features backlog for consideration for a future release.

There is a FREE tool for generating source code from Class Designer called BizCode Application Builder. It supports to generate source code for the Storage Layer, Business Logic Layer and for the Presentation Layer (Windows Client). Further more it supports SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL.
