Suggestion for WebPage Builder

Would it make sense to add an additional field, in the "Insert Link" dialog, for the word that will become the link if one has clicked the "hyperlink" button without choosing the text to hyperlink yet?

That field can show those who /have/ selected the text what is going to be hyperlinked and if nothing was selected would give them an opportunity to enter the text that will become the hyperlink thus allieving any extra code which may build up by clicking the "Hyperlink" button without any text entered first.
