Can't sign up?

Hi,

I'm trying to "Create my profile" (I've been invited) but it keeps telling me "Unknown Error".

Any ideas guys?

Can you provide more information -- when you click on the invitation link, do you get to the account creation page? Are you signing in with the same email address that the invitation was sent to?

Yes, I am signing in with the same e-mail address the invitation was sent to.

Um, when I click the link I go to the profile creation page, where you fill in your name, display pic etc.

I filled it in and went to submit, and then it just gave back an empty form saying "unknownerror" in small blue text at the top.

What user name were you trying to create? Also, can you try creating the account with just the username and none of the other information (e.g. photos to upload and so on) -- this will tell me whether the error is in something else Popfly is trying to load or in the account itself. (You can modify everything but the account name after you've signed in.)

Yeah, I tried it with just the username... same thing.

For the usernames, I was trying Fid, f1d. Don't know if it should be longer. Trying that now.

Just tried, both Fiddy and f1ddy, as well as Fid9735... and still the same...

Hey John I got the same trouble... would it be better just to create another id to go along with it because the one that I established and got my invite to doesn't seem to work either
