i am intrested to develop a custom adapter can any one suggest the walkthrough so that i can understand easily and any sites which will help to develop the custom adapter

Which version of BizTalk are you targetting here.
If its 2004/2006 then the first thing you need is to get hold of BizTalk Adapter Wizard (http://www.codeplex.com/BizTalkAdapterWizard), which will create basic template for your adapter after going through few steps.
There used to be a nice adapter development white paper, but couldn't find it.
If its 2006 R2, then all I can say at the moment is to watch for http://blogs.msdn.com/sonuarora/default.aspx blog.
