I want to use colaboration BizTalk 2006 and SharePoint 2003. I've already installed SharePoint to MachineA, and want install BizTalk to MachineB.
Is it possible and how I should install this and configure the WSS Adapret.
Please help me.

The BizTalk SharePoint adapter has two parts: the runtime and the web service. The runtime gets installed no mather what when you install BizTalk on machine B. The web service you have to install and configure it on the machine A. Run there the BizTalk setup app and select only the SharePoint Adapter from Other Software. After that you have to configure it. Previously you should configure WSS and extend the Default Web Site.
Once you've done all of these, you are good to go.
The links in the previous answer point you at some stuff about how to deal with WSS V3 but since you are asking about SharePoint 2003 this means WSS V2. I am also assuming that by "SharePoint 2003" you mean WSS since the SharePoint Server is not supported in BizTalk 2006.
