Cool photo images on PopFly Team Site live space

Hi,

These images on Popfly Team Site that shows thephotoof the Popfly team members are really cool.

Does anybody know how to create those images using our own photo?

We had the caricatures on the site drawn by another company http://www.personifydesign.com/. Unfortunately I don't know of any software that could do it.
