Block Builder issues

I have an idea for a few Blocks but I am stumbling on getting the block SDK up and running.

I try to open the .sln file in visual studio as well as the tester.csproj BUT I get that the files cannot be open since they are not supported by this installation.

Im using Visual studio Express 2k5(Basic,C#,C++,Web Dev) all are installed. I am also using Vista Bus.64 for OS.

Im sure I can go the notepad route. Id really love to get it working in studio.

If you open Web Developer first and then go to: File -> Open Web Site -> Select the directory "Tester" in the directory you unzipped the SDK to and you should be able to open the project.

This solutions doesn't seem to work for me. I am running VS 2005 SE, and I am unable to open the Tester project. Upon trying to open the solution, I get the error message "The project type is not supported by this installation."
