There is no Beta version of VSTO Orcas. We only released the Express SKUs and VSTS (which has the VSTO templates you are talking about).

How would you recommend deploying an excel customization to client machines that need the Orcas VSTO office runtime? Is there another option besides installing Visual Studio Orcas on the client machine just to get the Orcas VSTO office runtime?
