Unable to add 'My Inbox' web part serverContext is null

I'm trying to add the 'My Inbox' web part to a page and get the message in a message box:

Unable to add selected web part(s)

My Inbox: Value cannot be null
Parameter name: serverContext

I am able to browse to my outlook web access and log in.

The message is shown before the web part is available to be configured.

We have 5 different SharePoint virtual images here and 3 of them are able to add and use the web part. The other 2 get the message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
