remote connection from other computer ..

Hi everyone, I have a question.

as an example, I want to start the Webcam service which is included in MSRS default service.

and remote connecting to that service from other PC.

so, I try to that using (http://202.232.xxx.xxx(My IP):50000).

but I couldn't connect to service because of ID and Password.

When I try to connect service from other PC, the Windows XP OS ask ID / Password.

what is that? is that wrong way to connection? somebody help me!!~
