I receive the following errors while browsing the http://server/reports page.Please help me to resolve the issue.

Error1.

The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. What version of SRS are you using? If it's 2005, try to make sure the Reporting Services windows service identity is set correctly. If you see a red sign on the service identity page, set it to the desired identity.

I am using sql2005 only.There is no red sign on the identity page,service is working properly.

Raj, did you solve this? I have the exact same problem. And my windows service identity is set correctly too.

I have this same error could it be that i am on a workgroup. Do I need to have domain accounts? I have a ! in front of my encryption keys.

i was facing the same problem. i have deleted the Encryption Key (Start-->Programs-->Microsoft SQL Server2005-->Configuration Tools-->Reporting Services Configuration ) by clicking Encryption Keys and Delete. If you guys are facing problem with reporting services, you may also try this.
