Updated MSRS developer center

We have a new look and feel for our developer center [1]. There also is the beginning of a community site where we are adding information about cool ways of using MSRS.

We have also moved the remaining of our technical information to MSDN library where you can find it under [2]. We are updating this as fast as we can with new documentation but I know that it is not complete yet.
