Failed to load SqlSpars.dll

Evening all,

I'm tearing my hair out trying to get katmai CTP3 installed.

Setup files get installed OK but then it conks out with 2 error messages:

"The application has failed to start because XOLEHLP.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

There's alot of people out there with the same problem but nowhere explains how to fix it.

I'm running Win2k3 on Virtual PC.

Any help, even just advice on how to investigate, would be much appreciated. Cos I'm getting nowhere fast. Thanks.
