TDD/DDD and LINQ to SQL

Hi all,

Feedback and criticism are welcome. I am only really at the early stages of figuring out the best way to work this and there may be some issues with what I have done so far. I would certainly like to encourage discussion of this, so that people can see the story from this perspective as much as from the more conventional data-centric viewpoint.
