Remove Edit in Browser

I have been resently working with InfoPath. I understand the disabling of web browser functions on the site and central admin setup. When I publish a form "not not to be browser enabed" the drop down from the document Edit still states Edit in Browser.

How can I remove/hide the Edit in Browser line from the edit dropdown

Thanks

the specification of what is written in the dropdown is (I think) in the docicon.xml file on the server. There you specify for each file extension (like xsn, xml and so on) what icon should be displayed for it, which application is used to open it, and what wording should be used in the edit menu.
