Right ,so searching forums left and right, googling. even reinstalling windows.

leave me a bit confused, and im about to format.

My problem is MSN messenger wont start, seemed to happened during install of windows clean up install utility. It says "Due to wrong program configuration, the program cannot start, try reinstalling"(roughly translated from danish).

I get the 1603 error, even tho, MSN is installed when reinstalling
If i remove C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\InstallTemp i get 1601.

And i cant' find ANY info, most links in this forum is outdated too.

can someone PLEASE advice?
