trouble with a call with a call to a contact

Hello all

I need a help.

I am usind WLM 8.1. and my contact using the same version

we are using the call to the contact for long time, but now, my contact and i

are not able to get a working contact. i can try it with an other contact and it works.

we have testit this, with friewalls, also without firewalls it doesn' work

i sniff the traffic on the networkcards and when i accept the call, both computers are sending the UNP Packets but, we are sendig it to each computers and that seams the problem.

When i sniff the networkcards turing an working call with an other contact

the traffic runs: i send to the server from microsoft, the server from microsoft send it to the concat.

Can anyone help me to fix this situation please
