Standard Biztalk 2006 adapters include:

There are 7 new WCF adapters in Biztalk 2006 R2 that allow BizTalk to communicate with WCF applications:
WCF-NetTcp, WCF-WsHttp, WCF-NetMsmq, WCF-BasicHttp, WCF-NamedPipes, WCF-CustomIsolated, WCF-Custom
