User Shared Block Descriptions
It seems that it would be helpful if upon mouseover of a block in the mashup creator, one could see a long description of the block, it properties, and intended use, especially for the user shared blocks that do not have any description at all aside from the name of the block.

Thanks for the suggestions :-). Adding descriptions for the user blocks and project in general is something we have just started specifying at the moment. As such we were leaning towards having the description in a revamped tooltip rather than a separate panel like Visual Studio, as we don't have the same concept of a selected item.
I'd like to second this suggestion! The names are often not enough, and the little tag that comes up just says "shared by xxx" (no need to reply, just voting on a feature).
