How to collect users dumps automatically?
My question is, if we can recover the users dumps on the winqual server programmatically, to inject them automatically in a bug tracking system for example.
Best Regards.

You mean something like a web service which we could use to download the latest crash dump information? RSS for minidumps
, maybe?
Indeed, that would a cool feature to have!

The short answer is no, we don't offer any APIs/WSEs on Winqual to pull data programmatically today. We will soon though.
We are anticipating releasing a feature that exposes web services for event lists and reported cab data towards the end of the calendar year. We are also working on offering subscription notification services for folks who may not need to leverage APIs to access their data but would like to be notified about changes in their data based on a configurable trigger.
In the longer run, we will offer a server application that will connect to Winqual for data brokering purposes and automatically analyze the crash dumps and prioritize the debugger output, file bugs, and track releases for auto-response creation fort users of older products who may experience a crash when a newer 'more reliable' version is available to them.
Kind regards,
