Where do I get VSTO?

Hi,

I have Orcas May CTP and when I want to create a project, I see only SharePoint Sequential and State Machine Workflows. Do I have to install anything more to being able to create projects for Word and Excel? VSTO 2005 SE? Or something for Orcas?

I found it, you have to switch the .NET Framework version to 3.5 ... although I do not see any reason for this.
