Memory Exception thrown by IIS worker process on CS 2002

I am getting this error on Win 2003 with CS 2002 FP1 (dedicated server with a single commerce site running). I tried searching for this error but i found nothing specific to this SiteConfig Initialize. Anyone has any ideas why this is happening?
