meaning of bucket type RADAR_PRE_LEAK_32?

While reviewing msinfo32 logs from some of our customers, I see evidence of WER postings with a bucket type ofRADAR_PRE_LEAK_32.

I can't find info about this type in any of our documentation. Could someone point me to a definition?

This looks like an event triggered by Memory leak detection logic. The reported paramaters in this event are the Process name, the version of the process, and the version of the OS the process was running on.
