Can't get Bluetooth* functions to work

Marco writes "I've been trying to create a bluetooth client on a PC. The PC has a USB bluetooth adapter that seems to be working as I can find devices with it. The device is a D-Link which uses the Microsoft stack (no other drivers needed to be loaded).

When I call BluetoothFindFirstDevice() I get an error that "The specified module could not be found". What am I missing?
