I don't think it is included in the download. There is a shortcoming noted in the installer stating iviewers.dll not found. Searched my computer and did not find it. Could not find a resource to download the file either. I found a download at http://www.dldll.com/l.php?i=7337, not sure if it is the right version but will try it.
