System.Net.PeerToPeer in latest CTP: XP OR only VISTA?

Hi guys,
There's a lot of confusion about System.Net.PeerToPeer in the latest CTP . I would like to know if this namespace features will be fully supported on Win XP ? or is it only VISTA ?

It will be supported on both XP and Vista.
