Installation of Visual Studio Express C# without an internet connection

I need to install Visual Studio Express on a computer that does not have direct acces to the interenet for downloading software.

I've downloaded the 3 MB vssetup.exe program, but this is obviously not everything that is required. How do I download the necessary files (on another computer) and then install them on this "disconnected" computer?
