I am new in using Guidance Automation Extension.
I have recently installed the Smart Client Factory but some of its features are not available for the installation unless u do not install the latest Guidance Automation Extensions.
The problem is that, I have the older version of the Guidance Automation Package and the new version can not be installed unless u remove the older version. but i am facing some problems in removing the older version.
I have also tried to repair the older version, but i have failed to uninstall it after successfully repairing the older version.
