I'm sorry, Nazim, but we don't publish this documentation in chm format. We use a "help 2.0" format that consists of .hxs and .hxi files (and some others), because this is the format that's required to post to MSDN.
What features of a chm file are you looking for?

Hi, Aldo.
It sounds like you initially installed Commerce Server 2007 from a network share. In order to install any Commerce Server 2007 update, such as SP1 or a documentation update, the installer must be able to find the msi file that was used for the original installation. Apparently it's not able to find it.
To install the update, you'll need to find the location from which you originally installed Commerce Server 2007 and provide the path to that location when you get the message that you mentioned.
This updated documentation exists on MSDN, too. If you can't download the documentation update to your machine, you can still view the updated content at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms864793.aspx.
