How can I set up, say, a section or a paragraph or table, so that if its content is displayed over more than one page, I can put some kind of contination text at the top of (or in the header of) the second and subsequent pages, e.g.
Page 1:
blahblah
blahblah
blahblah
blahblah
Page 2:
....continued
blahblah
blahblah
blahblah
blahblah
?
