Restore options with no log shipping destination server

Hi,

Biztalk 2006 on 1 server

SQL Server 2005 on a 2nd server

I have successfully scheduled the SQL Server Agent job (Backup BizTalk Server) created by Biztalk. However, I do not have the recommended destination server for log shipping. Is it possible to restore the databases using the SQL Server Management Studio restore feature? If so, is it recommended to first restore the full back up and then restore the logs? Or can I choose both the full and transaction logs in one restore job?
