Can''t download.
It seems almost impossible to download any MSDN webcast at present.
Once you get past the huge number of registration pages and finally get to the download link, download speeds are only about 20Kb/sec at present. Most of the time the connection gets reset so you have to restart the download from the beginning. This happens from multiple machines, so it seems to be a server side issue with going through the livemeeting web-site.
I managed to get a direct-link from MS support to one downloadhttp://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=2158156 which downloads at 600Kb/sec, downloading about 25Mb in less than 1 minute. But the public link is incredibly slow, and hardly ever works. When it does it takes an hour or so to download:

What's wrong with the MSDN webcast downloads ?
Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues with downloading various MSDN Webcasts? If this is still an issue, can you please provide details of your connection speed, browser, OS, etc?

I managed to download what I needed (slowly!). All my other downloads are very fast - it's just the links through the livemeeting.com servers that are very slow - I end up at www119.livemeeting.com.
I found a workaround though. After registration, I sometimes get sent an e-mail with direct links to download from go.microsoft.com which redirects to downloads.microsoft.com. Those links are very fast.
e.g. http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=1732348
So seems it's downloads through the www119.livemeeting.com server that is the problem.
My details: ie7, xpsp2, 8Mb broadband.
well i am having some issues with the webcasts too,
it all goes fine and i start downloading using Internet Explorer download client which does not show the size of the file i am downloading it just keep downloading and then prompts that error:
Internet Explorer cannot download downloadLMM.wmv from www119.livemeeting.com.
the connection with the server was reset.
Sometimes it tells me download complete and when i go to the file i found it from 800kb to 2Mb which only view the first 10 or 20 mins and then stops 
this problem faced me with every video i tried downloading from this series of the webcast:
