A major bug in using Add In

I have found a very critical bug with WLM (Windows Live Messenger), suppose you create a Add in for WLM which do not include any functionality. Now Turn on the Add in, as soon as you will turn ON the addin, you will be able to send and/or receive IM messages, but problem arises when you try to send Large Message (maximum message WLM allow), it never reaches the person. You can receive such large messages with Addin Turned On from your buddy.

Now question comes to mind that it may be the problem with Add in, I have tried many add-ins available over internet and tried developing my own with no or few features, but as soon as I turn on any Add In, above problem starts coming.

I have installed so many version of WLM on my PC and even tested it on many machines, but problem is same.

I think problem is in MessengerClient.dll or in itself WLM. WLM Team please check and fix this problem, as I need it fixed for my application.
