It doesn't seem to do anything useful. I swore I made a project online, but popfly doesn't find it, and I cant save anything from VS to popfly, so it's not functioning at all. As far as I know, there's not documentation of how it works.

Popfly Explorer Alpha only works with Visual Studio projects, so it does not show projects you created on Popfly web site.

You should be able to save and share Visual Studio projects with Popfly Explorer. If it does not work for you, please give us more detail.
